Thank you for the comments. I had driven to Louisville, KY for a test Lauren had to take for e-school. We drove backroads home, just to see what we could see, as we had a few spare minutes. As we passed Distillery Commons, Lauren exclaimed about a wrecked plane. William insisted that we turn around because he didn't see it. So, I turned around. It looks "planted" there to me, and I've not heard of any recent crashes. There is a nightclub of sorts at the base of the hill to the right, so I'm thinking it was meant as "decoration". I hope so anyway, for if it crashed, I doubt the pilot survived. It isn't recent, at any rate, given the grafitti.
